Who our programs
are available to

Galami Gold's Zambia–Dubai and Sierra Leone–Dubai programs are private investment opportunities. Under UK financial promotion rules, we can share program details only with investors who have signed a statement confirming they are a high net worth individual or a self-certified sophisticated investor.

This page explains what those categories mean and lets you complete your statement online. Once certified, you can view program details and request indicative terms.

Who Can Invest

Two ways to qualify

You need to meet the conditions in at least one of the two categories below. These are set by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.

High Net Worth Individual

In the last financial year, you had:

  • An annual income of £100,000 or more (not counting one-off pension withdrawals)
  • and / or
  • Net assets of £250,000 or more, not counting your main home, any loan secured on it or equity released from it, your pension, or rights under insurance contracts

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor

At least one of these applies to you:

  • You have worked in a professional capacity in private equity, or in providing finance to small and medium enterprises, in the last two years
  • You have been a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million in the last two years
  • You have made two or more investments in an unlisted company in the last two years
  • You have been a member of a business angel network or syndicate for more than six months, and still are
What Certification Means

Before you sign

No regulatory protectionOur programs are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can expect no protection from the FCA, the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
Promotions outside FCA rulesBy certifying, you agree to receive financial promotions whose contents may not comply with rules made by the FCA.
Valid for 12 monthsYour statement covers communications made within 12 months of the date you sign it. After that, you will be asked to certify again.
We keep a recordYour signed statement is stored securely as part of our compliance records. During onboarding we may ask you to evidence your eligibility as part of KYC/AML checks.
No obligationCertifying does not commit you to invest. Program information is provided for discussion and does not constitute an offer.
Independent adviceYou are free to seek advice from someone who specialises in advising on investments before making any decision.

High Net Worth Individual Investor Statement

If you meet condition A or B below, you may choose to be classified as a high net worth individual for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.

In the last financial year, did you have:

A) An annual income of £100,000 or more? Income does NOT include any one-off pension withdrawals.
AND/OR
B) Net assets of £250,000 or more? Net assets do NOT include: your home (primary residence), any loan secured on it or any equity released from it; your pension (or any pension withdrawals) or any rights under insurance contracts. Net assets are total assets minus any debts you owe.
OR
Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor Statement

If you meet condition A, B, C or D below, you may choose to be classified as a self-certified sophisticated investor for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.

Have you:

A) Worked in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises, in the last two years?
B) Been the director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million, in the last two years?
C) Made two or more investments in an unlisted company, in the last two years?
D) Been a member of a network or syndicate of business angels for more than six months, and are still a member?

Our programs are only available to certified high net worth individuals and self-certified sophisticated investors, so we can't share program information with you.
